You don’t have to just “push through”

Menopause can affect far more than your cycle

You may be experiencing:

  • Hot flashes or night sweats
  • Poor sleep or waking through the night
  • Brain fog or difficulty concentrating
  • Fatigue or reduced energy
  • Mood changes, anxiety or irritability
  • Weight gain or changes in body composition
  • Changes in libido or sexual wellbeing
  • Vaginal dryness or discomfort
  • Joint or muscle symptoms
  • Changes in your periods
  • A feeling that you simply don’t feel like yourself

These symptoms are real. And you deserve a thoughtful medical assessment and a personalized plan.

Your menopause. Your health. Your plan.

Care that goes beyond individual symptoms

Your assessment considers the whole picture — your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, cardiovascular and metabolic health, sleep, nutrition, exercise, mental wellbeing and goals. Your personalized care plan may include:

01

Hormone therapy

When clinically appropriate, we can discuss menopausal hormone therapy, including bioidentical estrogen and progesterone options, and determine whether hormone therapy is appropriate for you.

Treatment is individualized based on your symptoms, health history, risks, preferences and treatment goals.

02

Lifestyle medicine

Hormones are only one part of the menopause picture. We look at the foundational pillars that influence how you feel and how you age:

Nutrition · Exercise · Sleep · Stress · Relationships · Mental wellbeing · Metabolic health

The goal isn’t simply to get you through menopause. It’s to help you thrive through it.

03

Non-hormonal options

Hormone therapy isn’t right for everyone — and it isn’t the only option. When appropriate, we can discuss evidence-informed non-hormonal strategies and treatments for menopause symptoms.

04

Personalized monitoring

Your care doesn’t end when you leave your appointment. As your symptoms and needs change, your treatment plan can evolve with you.

Do you prescribe bioidentical hormones?

We can discuss and prescribe bioidentical hormone therapy options when clinically appropriate, based on your individual health history, symptoms, risks and treatment goals.
